Yes, but the resolution requires more text than suggested:

Now reads: "the inner corners a located on a ellipse that's radius is r(100-s)/100."

Should read in some future version: "the inner corners are located on an ellipse whose radius is r(100-s)/100."

Reasoning the original "that's" was a failed attempt to associate the radius with the ellipse.
