public comment suggest clarification of the specification text on the following change tracking use case:
- deletion of a text selection which starts in a paragraph of list item A and ends in a paragraph of list item B where list items A and B are on the same list level.
It is also suggested to consider that such a deletion could be change tracked by two actions:
(a) deletion of the characters
(b) deletion of one or more list items
