In the note in draw:color-inversion, section 20.103, ODF 1.2 part 1, there is the text
"...as the difference of hexadecimal FF (=256) and gg, and BB is the 8 bit hexadecimal number obtained as the difference of hexadecimal FF (=256) and bb."

But hexadecimal FF is decimal 255.
