Minor wording change:

From:

{{true}}: The polygon is star-shaped. In this case the {{draw:sharpness}} 19.211 attribute shall be specified in addition to the {{draw:concave}} attribute.

To:

{{true}}: The polygon is star-shaped. The {{draw:sharpness}} 19.211 attribute shall be specified in addition to the {{draw:concave}} attribute.

Since we are already inside "true," we simply declare the rules.
