I see the new reference [RFC6838] in "1.3 Normative References" in OpenDocument-v1.3-wd06-part2-packages. Should not the references in the text be changed? I find the old value [RFC4288] in
3.3 MIME Media Type
4.8.10 manifest:media-type
6.7 pkg:mimeType
