I have LO 6.3.6 on a Windows desktop and I installed LO 6.4.5 on a MacBook. Big mistake! I compared styles.xml for the same draft of Part 3 (Schema) saved from each version of LO and there were over 3,000 differences! This is because of differences in font naming and measurement units between Windows and MacOS. Too much noise! I am now installing LO 6.4.5 in my Windows desktop and will do the same comparison but without the operating system and other platform differences. But I am concerned that setting up LO to save consistently across several platforms may be quite challenging, due to operating system and other local platform configuration differences.
