When quickly comparing the HTML output, I first thought there would just another border problem, but when comparing the content more thoroughly, there is a more severe problem:

with the same bordered paragraphs in ODF 1.3

The problem is the *missing second paragraph in ODF 1.3*:

"TheÂdb:schema-nameÂattribute has the data typeÂstringÂ[18.2|https://oasis-tcs.github.io/odf-tc/odf1.2/content.odf12-schema.html#datatype-string].";

Was this lost by automation? As it seems there are multiple times, the second paragraphs missing in ODF 1.3.
