   Thanks mike!

   We've already discussed this informally, so unless I hear anything  
to the contrary, i'm inclined to start a web ballot to see if the  
Steering Committee will approve the revised charter. Please send in  
any comments and/or typos. If i don't see anything significant,  
(typos, editorial changes will be incorporated before we vote) by the  
time i pack it in on friday (midday my time), I'll start a web ballot.
