Special Majority Vote to make non-material change to Committee Specification The voting started on November 3, 2021 and ended on November 10, 2021. The result was that the chanage was approved unanimously. The next step is to request TC Admin Office to upload a new committee specifcation document to OASIS library as CS02. 2. Revision of SoU's Due to the change of Committee Specification from CS01 to CS02, three SoU's need update. Fujitsu, NEC and IBM members will work with their organizations' representatives to OASIS for the revision of SoU's. 3 Next Steps It was agreed that TC should quickly proceed to the next step which is submission of Committee Specification CS02 to TC Admin Office as a Candidate for OASIS Standard. For that we need to make a request to conduct a special majority vote to approve the submission. Once CS02 is uploaded to the OASIS library and revision of three SoU's are submitted, TC plans to do so hopefully at the next TC call. 4. Membership Yabuta-san and Yoshida-san have joined PROMCODE TC using individual membership. Since, their OASIS accounts with Nanzan University are still active, it might cause some confusion some time such as when the number of voting members of our TC is counted. To avoid such confusion, Yoshida-san removed his account with Nanzan University from PROMCODE TC. Yabuta-san will need to do the same. Yoshida-san will share the information to do that with Yabuta-san. Actions: Kamimura to request TC Admin office to upload a new committee specification to OASIS library. Wakao-san, Matsumoto-san and Matsuoka-san will contact their organizational representatives to OASIS for the revision of SoU's.
