Summary of public review comments and changes on the specification documents The public review ended on January 29, 2022. No external comments were submitted. Six comments were submitted by TC members, and a mail from Andrew Zerevozskyi resulted in one comment. Kamimura created a summary of these and posted at   https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/oslc-promcode/202202/msg00000.html  All the comments are of editorial nature that require non-material change to the documents. Then, Kamimura made changes to respond to these comments and created a non-material revision of the specification documents. The summary of the changes is posted at  https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/oslc-promcode/202202/msg00002.html . The revised document package has been uploaded to  https://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/browse/wsvn/oslc-promcode/shape/trunk/spec_package_for_cs03.zip?rev=436&sc=1  . Then, Kamimura proposed a motion to approve these by the TC. Since most of the comments and the changes were discussed at previous TC meetings, and others were straightforward to address, there were no discussions. Then, Kamimura asked for any objection and there was none. So, the motion was unanimously approved. 2. Request for a Special Majority Vote to make the revised package as a new Committee Specification Kamimura proposed a motion to make a request for a Special Majority Vote to make the revised package as a new Committee Specification. Yabuta-san seconded it. Kamimura asked for any objection and there was none. The motion was unanimously approved. 3.Publishing machine readable files at OASIS Open Kamimura is interacting with Andrew Berezovsky to publish promcode turtle files at oslc-op/website. Jim Amsden has been assigned to look at the details. Andrew and Jim have given us some editorial comments. Kamimura updated the turtle files and is waiting for their actions. Actions: Kamimura to request a Special Majority Vote to make the revised specification package as a new Committee Specification.
