Submitter's message As discussed in the last TC meeting, here's a proposal for extending the 3.x API. Some aspects are obvious candidates for brainstorming, and are noted as thus in the proposal. In addition various other limitations have come to light related to extensibility and flexibility of the 2.x API. This proposal seeks to solve these issues, and importantly, do so in a way that is compatible with PKCS#11 2.x and various undocumented extensions to its API.
