RE: [regrep] Latest WSDL

Still there are some problems in these WSDL.
1) The imported wsdl location in service's wsdl is not able to located. 
     a) The below import statement in the CMS_Service.wsdl is not found:
	<import namespace="urn:oasis:names:tc:ebxml-regrep:cms:wsdl:3.0"
			location="http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/*checkout*/ebxmlrr/ebxmlrr-spec/misc/services/CMS_Service.wsdl?rev=HEAD&content-type=text/xml"/>
     b) The below import statement in the CMS_Service.wsdl is not found:	
	<import namespace="urn:oasis:names:tc:ebxml-regrep:soap:wsdl:2.1"
			location="http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/*checkout*/ebxmlrr/ebxmlrr-spec/misc/services/ebXMLRegistryAbstract.wsdl?rev=HEAD&content-type=text/xml"; />
	
2) The urns for the namespace attributes are defined as 2.1 in some wsdls. I think these should be 3.0.

Attached is the latest WSDL, changed today due to input from Dave 
Johnson djohnson AT ebusiness-apps DOT com, who was kind enough to run 
the WSDL through the .NET proxy generator.
