This means that the approved draft contains references to CSDs that have been�
approved but not published yet (publication requests are pending). The�chair(s)�
will upate JIRA for all the various issue dependencies.�

There are four CSDs (and corresponding PRs) that have dependencies and should�
ideally be published at the same time.�

Also note that CSD01 of this spec was published with an incorrect title and�
filename. The title and filename contained version number "1.0" and "1.1",�which�
is very confusing. Per correspondence with TCAdmin, this was going to be�fixed�
for subsequent CSDs.�
