RE: [security-services] SAML is singular

I'm not worried about the official name of the group or what the group 
website calls itself -- "SSTC" is fine as our shorthand.  I'm more 
concerned about the official name of the expansion of "SAML".  We should be 
consistent, and consonant with our decision in February.
