The sub-issues in this issue appear to be all addressed. I will leave this open one more week (until August 23rd) and then close this issue. Please comment if you think this statement is in error or contact the co-chairs.
NOTE: We will never create an issue with numerous sub-issues again. It was too hard to manage!
