[ubl-lcsc] Spreadsheets for distribution and XSD generation

The attached zip-file gives the re-used components spreadsheet, updated to reflect the tabulated, quality control, changes in my comments document. 

It also includes the FULL individual message spreadsheets, updated to reflect the minor typos mentioned in the comments, but also cleaned-up vis-a-vis the patchwork colours.

I recommend most strongly that these versions are used for XSD generation and distribution.
