Thanks to Ken for pulling this together.  Unfortunately, I'll only
be able to participate in the first hour of the meeting.

Below are some examples intended to show the structural
reqirements for application info related to code lists.  This is
mostly imaginary -- I just wanted to hint at some of the problems
that will need to be solved in putting together the info for each
list.

I think it's clear from this that each code list will present a
separate problem for the list maintainer.  And I must say that the
idea of putting the application-specific stuff in appinfo is
making more and more sense to me.
