Minutes for 10 July 2002 UBL NDR SC meeting

1. Roll call (quorum is 8)
     * Bill Burcham       regrets
     * Mavis Cournane     regrets
     * Mark Crawford      regrets
     * Fabrice Desr�      awol
     * Matt Gertner       regrets
     * Arofan Gregory     YES
     * Jessica Glace      YES
     * Michael Grimley    awol
     * Eduardo Gutentag   regrets

     * Sue Probert        regrets

     * Gunther Stuhec     awol
     * Paul Thorpe        awol

    Neither quorum (50%) nor critical mass (33%) achieved as of x:45.  We
    adjourned at that time.  In the hope that people will use the time
    instead to work on their action items, a fresh agenda with possibly
    new and different topics will be sent next week.

    Please note that several people have been absent many times in recent
    weeks and months, and of these, several tend not to send regrets.
    You know who you are!  Please consider dropping down to observer
    status so that we are not prevented from making normative decisions.
