Because of some last minutes changes to the XSD 
schema, this distribution is now a whole and complete distribution.  If you 
had downloaded and started to review the documents (called Part One) before 
today, keep your comments (they are still relevant), but delete the old files 
and re-download the package.  This package includes the whole distribution 
including the XSD and Perl script used to auto generate it.
 
You are asked to review the documents and 
reply back to the UBL LCSC with comments, suggestions, critics of our 
efforts.  We have enclosed a document for this named, 
UBL_Comment-0p1.rtf.  The deadline for comments is 25 September, this gives 
us time to compile them and review them during the UBL TC Face to Face meeting 
that will take place 1 - 4 October.
