[ubl-ndrsc] Position Paper: Identifier

Hello all, this is my position paper of the consistent and international represenation of all types of identifiers. I finished this paper at first and I got a result from my collegues at first, too. The reference paper is still in the review phase. A hope it will following as soon as possible. MarkMail, a mailing-list search service launched by MarkLogic in 2007 as a showcase for its XML full-text search engine, indexed these OASIS archives for many years. It was retired in 2024 following MarkLogic’s acquisition by Progress Software; markmail.org is offline and any markmail.org links in archived messages are no longer functional.
