[ubl-ndrsc] Documentation Proposal
The following proposal came out of the NDR call today.
This is an email vote, please email back to the list with comments or proposed changes to this.
If I do not hear back from anyone I will assume this is acceptable.
Proposed Decision: We will produce an annotated schema.
The annotations will be the information currently required by Section 7 of the CCTS 1.90 and supplemented by necessary information identified by LCSC.
