   4.5 Resolution 01/08 Organizations to inform regarding UTF-8
   support

      Members report that there have been no problems, but that
      UTF-8 does not in itself resolve all problems.

Therefore, the resolution of November 2001 cited above is the
recommendation of record for the organizations participating in
the MoU/MG.  OASIS is a member of this group.
