Good morning UBL members,

Today is the second teleconference for HISC (in 10 minutes!).

This morning the HISC committee page, mail list, document repository and 
teleconference calendar were all set up, and notices and mails are now 
going through that mail list rather than this general UBL mail list.

If you wish to be an observer or voting member (or even co-chair!) of this 
subcommittee, please let me know.

We use the standard phone number for our committee calls, and our calls 
must be kept to one hour because the Software SC meets immediately after:
