Not having received any additional comments in regard to the fs/ directory, 
other than my two noted changes to examples, and not having received any 
notifications of new implementations of formatting specifications, here is 
a revised candidate fs/ directory for UBL CD2:

Please let the HISC subcommittee know of any comments, suggestions or 
corrections you may have to the content of this subdirectory.
