Agenda for UBL TC meeting in Ottawa 2005.08.09-12

This is a revised agenda for Tuesday through Friday.  Important
changes from the previous version are as follows:

 - The morning plenary calls Tuesday through Thursday have been
   moved up half an hour from 10 a.m. in Ottawa to 9:30 a.m. in
   Ottawa.

 - The code list and substitution group item on Wednesday morning
   is for a general discussion of the code list draft.  By that
   time:

    - members attending the meeting are to have read through the
      draft

    - we are to have a finding regarding whether it is necessary
      to embed a substitution group declaration in our schemas in
      order to enable use of substitution groups by customizers

 - A special session has been scheduled for Thursday afternoon to
   discuss code lists in more detail and come to a final decision.

Members who wish to participate in the afternoon schema generation
and content working group sessions can dial in at the primary UBL
number.
