MINUTES OF PACIFIC UBL TC MEETING

   Liaison report: Tax XML TC

      SW: The TC met for the first time since their last F2F.  Due
      to illness and other factors, they have not been able to
      make progress on the guidelines, and they now doubt that
      they have the resources to follow through.  They will
      discuss this in their F2F the week of 2 October in San
      Francisco.

   Subcommittee report: PSC

      SW: Have submitted the final package for PRD3.

   Subcommittee report: TSC

      AS: Due to a timing mixup, there was no meeting, but Kama
      and discussed the Singapore meeting, and he confirmed the
      6-10 November dates.  [N.B.: this has come up for discussion
      again.]

   Review of Atlantic call

      No comments.

PRD3

   ACTION: Ken to deliver revised cl tomorrow morning.

ACTION ITEM REVIEW

   [AGREED in an earlier meeting to populate the listURI value of
   each code list in qDT to point to the future home in the final
   (Standard) package of the gc file corresponding to that list.]
   ACTION: GKH to ensure that those values (the absolute URLs of
   the files themselves) are used in the gc files and reflected in
   defaultCodeList.xsl.

      Done.

   ACTION: GKH to convert the draft presented to the TC for
   balloting next week to Docbook (so we will freeze all changes
   to the prose for the week while he is working on the
   conversion).

      AGREED: GKH will check out the UBL-index-2.0.html file from
      Friday evening (EDT) until he's done with the conversion,
      possibly as early as Saturday.

   ACTION: TM to complete the PRD3 change log for the public
   review.

      Pending.  TM needs to acknowledge this and be ready to
      deliver by next Pacific TC call.
