      SW: A family emergency is preventing me from attending the
      meeting this week.

   Subcommittee report: PSC

      SW: The PSC meeting was canceled; ML has begun work on the
      spreadsheets.

      ACTION: SW and TM to arrange a PSC meeting for 10 a.m. New
      York time Wednesday to review ML's work.

   Subcommittee report: TSC

      AS: Meeting was canceled at the last minute; trying for
      another this week.

   Review of Atlantic call

      No comments.

2.0 SCHEDULE UPDATE

   AGREED that whatever spreadsheets SW has available the morning
   of Tuesday 3 October in New Delhi (Monday evening in the U.S.)
   is what she will use to generate the schemas for UBL 2.0.  The
   schemas will be delivered by the morning of Wednesday 4 October
   in New Delhi (Tuesday evening in the U.S.).

   SW: Note that I will be traveling from Thursday morning 9/28 in
   L.A. to Saturday morning 9/30 in New Delhi.

ACTION ITEM REVIEW

   ACTION: SW to arrange a PSC meeting to dispose of the
   nonsubstantive spreadsheet issues previously listed:

      Done (though the meeting was later canceled).

   ACTION: JB to publish revised 2.0 schedule to the list.

OTHER BUSINESS

   JB: The hub file for UBL 2.0 (formerly UBL-index-2.0.html, now
   UBL-2.0.xml) has been converted to docbook; GKH is putting the
   last touches on the XSL stylesheets that produce the generated
   HTML.
