MINUTES OF ATLANTIC UBL TC MEETING

       TM: PEPPOL conference 8-10 November in Troyes, France.

    No Pacific call minutes this week (meeting canceled).

UBL 2.1 MODELS

    GKH: Arianna is working on making changes; eDoCreator problems
    have slowed the process.  (Arianna was mistakenly referred to
    as "Andrea" in last week's minutes.)

UBL 2.1 SCHEMAS

    GKH: No new snapshot till model changes are finished.

    TM: Waiting on this for class diagram generation.

UBL 2.1 DOCUMENTATION

    JB: Waiting for artwork and a review of the initial editorial
    pass through the new material.

    TM: Will try to do this weekend; will also send best artwork
    and source files. [Note that we are also expecting materials
    from PLB.]

    JB: Will now begin to populate the rest of the doc with new
    schemas and models.

UBL 2 XADES PROFILE

    Andrea reports that the initial document is ready for review.
    GKH has committed to working up a validating schema fragment
    for the extension during the assembly process.

NDR CHECK

    No news this week.

NDR 2.1

    Tracking item: we will have to review the NDR 2.1 checklist to
    look for possible differences between the present rules and the
    ones arrived at in Montreal.

UBL 2.0 IDD VOL. 2 (PORTUGUESE)

    KB: No news this week.

2010 UBL TC F2F MEETING SCHEDULE

    9-13 August 2010 (the week following Balisage 2010) in
    Montreal: http://www.balisage.net/

    February 2011: A meeting in Lima is under discussion.

       KB: The Peruvian Internal Revenue Service has confirmed
       their willingness to host the UBL TC meeting and UBL
       International conference in Lima.

          ACTION: GKH to discuss with Mikkel Brun next week in
          London.

          ACTION: TM to contact Asuman about a possible TC meeting
          in Ankara in May 2011.

OTHER BUSINESS

    TM: Will be attending a UN/CEFACT extended bureau meeting in
    Paris 16-18 June to review the outcome of the stakeholder
    survey from this winter.

    GKH: Regarding the proposal to standardize the CII process in
    ISO TC 154 (see minutes of 21 April 2010), that proposal has
    now been withdrawn.

       AGREED to disband the task group formed to evaluate the
       proposal.
