MINUTES OF ATLANTIC UBL TC MEETING

    Review of Pacific call minutes

       No comments.

UBL 2.1 MODELS

    GKH: There are still some issues pending.

    JB: We note that Arianna is out of the office till 24 June.

UBL 2.1 SCHEMAS

    GKH: Some errors in the consistency checking appear to be due
    to a problem with schema generation.  Working with Fulya to fix
    this.

    JB: So no approved PRD1 schemas yet this week.

    GKH: But the schemas already posted can be used for testing:

       ACTION: PLB to forward the schema set (URL above) to early
       implementers.

UBL 2.1 DOCUMENTATION

    ACTION (6/9): AS to talk to TM about adding information to
    the transport process descriptions.

       AS: We have agreed that AS will review the latest
       Freightwise material and provide supplementary writeups
       based on the current prose.

    JB: Here is where we are right now with the rest of the new
    process documentation:

       CPFR: Fulya

          Illustrations all set

          Now preparing message discussing edits by comparing .xml
          with comments in UBL-2.1-20100621-1_comments.doc

       eTendering: Oriol

          Waiting for answer from TM regarding issue of two table
          entries

          Have received revised prose (6/9/2010 4:37 AM)

             To do: editorial review

          Have received revised .dia files for illustrations
          (6/9/2010 4:37 AM)

             To do: review new translations; generate bitmaps and include
             in text

       VMI and Periodic Replenishment: Arianna (gone till 6/24)

          New language received: word doc, recd 6/21/2010 1:13 PM,
          "Re: SV: VS: Word file showing illustrations needed for
          UBL 2.1"

             To do: review language and edit

          PDF versions of the diagrams received from Angelo;
          looking good

             To do: generate bitmaps and include in text

       Freight management: Andy

          See above.

       XAdES: Arianna (gone till 6/24)

          Pending independent test of the methodology.

       Other stuff that also needs to be done:

          Review and modify the schema assembly diagrams as first
          noted in Montreal

          Review CVA descriptions

          Check and revise the val description

    GKH: We still need more examples.

    PLB: Already decided to go with what we have right now for PRD1
    and include more in PRD2.

NDR CHECK (NIST TOOL)

    BH is waiting for the final schema build.

NDR 2.1

    Tracking item: we will have to review the NDR 2.1 checklist to
    look for possible differences between the present rules and the
    ones arrived at in Montreal.

UBL 2.0 IDD VOL. 2 (PORTUGUESE)

    KB: Phone conference with Jose scheduled for tomorrow.

2010 UBL TC F2F MEETING SCHEDULE

    9-13 August 2010 (the week following Balisage 2010) in
    Montreal: http://www.balisage.net/

       IMPORTANT: From Pacific call minutes:

          "GKH: Have arranged for a block of five rooms to be held
          at the conference rate (CAD 109!).  People intending to
          be at the Montreal meeting should reserve rooms now by
          calling Fran�ois at 514 861 8805.  NOTE that the hotel
          knows our meeting as the 'second week Balisage meeting,'
          so all references should be to this rather than to UBL."

    February 2011: A meeting in Lima is under discussion.

       The Peruvian Internal Revenue Service has confirmed
       their willingness to host the UBL TC meeting and UBL
       International conference in Lima.  We need to formally
       decide on this and set dates.

          GKH: Still trying to set up discussion with Mikkel.

          ACTION (6/16): KB to circulate some initial ideas for
          further discussion.

             Pending.

    May 2011: Meeting in Ankara under discussion.  Initial response
    is positive, but we need to work on the details.
