UBL 2.1 PRODUCTION

    A new release candidate has been posted to

    http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/39301/UBL-2.1-PRD1-20100913.zip

    GKH: colwidth specs in the tables (CALS Table Model) should
    have "*" in place of "%".  Also, the db/docbook and db/spec-0.5
    directories are missing.

       AGREED to go ahead with this candidate given the fixes to
       the tables and the db directory and the addition of a final
       ASN.1 spec.

    ATTENTION MEMBERS: Please try to attend the Wednesday call so
    that we can vote on the final build.
