UBL 2.1 STATUS

    Comments have already been received from the European
    Commission, DG Informatics:

    JB: PRD1 ends 24 November, but we should have comments from
    within the TC queued up and (ideally) disposed of before then
    so that we can move as quickly as possible to PRD2.

       AGREED to set 10 November (Atlantic call) for comments from
       within the TC.

    Known PRD2 work items (from the Pacific call minutes):

     - PSC comment disposition

     - TSC comment disposition

     - Processing known additions (see Section A.5 of the PRD1
       documentation)

     - Review of the proposed XAdES mechanism and revision of the
       Security SC document for inclusion in PRD2

    ACTION: PLB to organize and dispose of PSC issues and
    additions.

    ACTION: JB to contact AS about TSC meetings.

    ACTION: JB to check with Oriol regarding XAdES testing.

UBL NDR WORK

2011 UBL TC F2F MEETING SCHEDULE

    Early June 2011 (date TBD)

       Ankara, Turkey, at Middle Eastern Technical University

TC CONCALL SCHEDULE

    Note semiannual DST chaos looming on the horizon.  Two keys to
    joining calls at the right time:

    1. This year, our rule is very simple: come what may, the
       Pacific call will continue to start at 7:30 p.m. in New
       York, and the Atlantic call will continue to start at noon
       in New York.  This means in both cases that the UTC time
       will shift forward by one hour the week of 8 November.

    2. Don't try to figure this out; just check the timeanddate URL
       at the top of each agenda for the correct time in your time
       zone.
