UBL 2.1 STATUS

    PLB is setting up meetings to process comments, and AS reports
    the FreightWise is preparing a PRD1 submission that completes
    their requirements.

    ACTION (10/6): JB to check with Oriol regarding XAdES testing.

       Pending.

UBL NDR WORK

    ACTION: JB and BH to review; we will discuss this in next
    week's Atlantic call.

NDR CHECK (NIST TOOL)

    BH: The new tool is still not ready, but now expecting a
    standalone version to test.  Giving a seminar at NIST Thursday
    week and should have it by then.

2011 UBL TC F2F MEETING SCHEDULE

    Note that the date is now set:

    30 May - 3 June 2011

       Ankara, Turkey, at Middle Eastern Technical University

TC CONCALL SCHEDULE

    Note semiannual DST chaos looming on the horizon.  Two keys to
    joining calls at the right time:

    1. This year, our rule is very simple: come what may, the
       Pacific call will continue to start at 7:30 p.m. in New
       York, and the Atlantic call will continue to start at noon
       in New York.  This means in both cases that the UTC time
       will shift forward by one hour the week of 8 November.

    2. Don't try to figure this out; just check the timeanddate URL
       at the top of each agenda for the correct time in your time
       zone.
