    I'm leaning toward organizing a two-hour call among those
    interested in order to discuss these issues.  "Those
    interested" would include the NDR editors (if they're
    available) plus JB, GKH, KV, and BH and anyone else who wants
    to work through these questions.  Please have calendar in hand
    for this agenda item.

TC CONCALL SCHEDULE

    Note semiannual DST chaos looming on the horizon.  Two keys to
    joining calls at the right time:

    1. This year, our rule is very simple: come what may, the
       Pacific call will continue to start at 7:30 p.m. in New
       York, and the Atlantic call will continue to start at noon
       in New York.  This means in both cases that the UTC time
       will shift forward by one hour the week of 8 November.

    2. Don't try to figure this out; just check the timeanddate URL
       at the top of each agenda for the correct time in your time
       zone.
