PRD2 SCHEMA GENERATION

    Also, we appear to still be missing signature elements on six
    documents (not five):

    PSC (PLB): Just went through the PRD2 issues list and found some not
    yet in the models.  We need to have a sanity check and look at all
    the schemas.  It's most important to get all the issues on the list.
    Will send out the list to the PSC for verification.

       AGREED that the remaining issues are PRD3 items.

PRD2 DOCUMENTATION

    GKH has added a table-maker for documenting changes between versions:

    From last week's meeting:

       "AH: Would like to see individual UML diagrams like the ones we had
       in UBL 2.0 rather than just the single EA file in PRD1.

       ACTION: JB to ask TM."

    JB: TM has reminded me that we agreed (given the amount of
    work required to make individual diagrams with hyperlinks) to wait
    till the final public review cycle for this so that we don't waste
    time on preliminary models.
