MINUTES OF ATLANTIC UBL TC MEETING WEDNESDAY 27 APRIL 2011

    Review of Pacific call minutes

       No comments.

PRD2 SCHEMA GENERATION

    The current snapshot was posted 11 April.

    Two outstanding issues:

     - Duplicate transport contract

          Scheduled for resolution in TSC meeting Thursday.

     - Non-ASCII character

          Requires eDoCreator programming; looking like PRD3 for
          resolution.

PRD3 ISSUES

    JB: Beginning to track these.  They include (in addition, probably,
    to the non-ASCII character issue):

     - Overall PSC sanity check per minutes of 20 April

     - Missing document-level signature ASBIE:

          UBL-CallForTenders-2.1
          UBL-CatalogueRequest-2.1
          UBL-CertificateOfOrigin-2.1
          UBL-ContractAwardNotice-2.1
          UBL-ContractNotice-2.1
          UBL-PriorInformationNotice-2.1

     - Requirement from Spain for withholding tax on invoices

     - Programmatic correction of the ASBIE definitions

     - Addition of backordering functionality (probably by adding
       "backordered" to the code list for line status)

     - Start date for RFQs (see links in minutes of 18 April)

    For PRDfinal (presumably PRD3):

     - Individual UML diagrams for the models

PRD2 DOCUMENTATION

    JB: Have included generated change tables from GKH; all went
    flawlessly and they look great.  These tables make the former DEN
    table unnecessary, and it will be removed for PRD2.

       ACTION: GKH to generate a similar table showing the differences
       between PRD1 and PRD2 for inclusion in the PRD2 documentation.

PRD2 DIGITAL SIGNATURES

    JB: Have included last round of changes from Andrea; looks like we're
    done with the profile document itself (it will live in the doc
    directory of the PRD2 release package).

       ACTION: JB to incorporate review by GKH of the edits to Section 5
       of the hub docment.

UBL NDR WORK

    No news this week.
