MINUTES OF ATLANTIC UBL TC MEETING WEDNESDAY 16 MAY 2012

UBL 2.1 PRD3 PSC DELIVERABLES

   Review of the changes suggested last week:

   AGREED to adopt these changes pending a wider review of the schemas.

   PLB: Item 6 should be adding LineReference (not OrderLineReference)
   to LineItem, cardinality 0..n.  Cardinality for item 5
   (ItemPriceExtension on LineItem) is 0..1.  Arianna was instructed to
   make TaxTotal on LineItem (item 4) 0..1, but perhaps this should be
   0..n.  Arianna has already been given the changes.

      ACTION: PLB to check with interested PSC members regarding
      cardinality of TaxTotal.

   JB: Since it appears that the model in eDoCreator will have been
   updated by the end of this week at the latest, we will accommodate a
   personal request of the chair by cancelling next week's TC calls
   while SGTG makes another test build.

DEFINITION REVISION

   See Pacific call minutes for status.

   JB: All content origination groups for UBL 2.1 (procurement, sales
   reporting, CPFR, utilities, tendering, transport) should prepare for
   an intensive review of edits to the data dictionary definitions
   beginning (probably) week after next.

      ACTION: AS to send JB 11179 definition guidelines for
      consideration.

SGTG SCHEDULING

   As noted above, we expect changes to be complete by the end of this
   week at the latest, which will allow generation of another test build
   next week.
