UBL 2.1 PRD3 DEFINITION REVIEW

   Regarding this proposal regarding transport vs. transportation:

   Upon further discussion, it appears that a properly worded
   explanation of how this situation came about will cover all aspects
   of the issue.

      AGREED to leave all occurrences of "transport" and
      "transportation" in UBL 2.1 DENs (and derivative UBL names)
      unchanged, with an explanation being provided in the UBL 2.1
      documentation.

   JB: The initial editorial review of the Common Library can now be
   considered complete except for two questions about taxation needing
   resolution by PSC:

   A set of changes to the model resulting from decisions regarding
   "criteria" vs. "criterion" has been sent to PSC:

   These changes (not yet actually made) have also been flagged in the
   review version of the Common Library spreadsheet that will be going
   out for general review as soon as the taxation questions have been
   answered.

   Regarding the set of spreadsheets resulting from the editorial review
   of the 2.1 documents:

   Responses back from reviewers will be due upon receipt of the edited
   Common Library spreadsheet so that editorial work can continue on
   that end of the definition review while PSC and TSC consider proposed
   revisions to the Common Library.

   Andy Schoka will be on leave of absence from the UBL TC 13 September
   through 30 September 2012.
