I think the definition for this ASBIE is insufficient:

ContractDocumentReference = "A reference to a set of minutes."

Please consider if there is a better definition.  Is this item not a copy of or pointer to the contract document itself?  Perhaps not, but as someone not knowing how the document is used, the definition feels misleading.
