- 14-day OASIS member ballot at beginning of January
- late January UBL 2.2 becomes an OASIS Standard
- mid-February we begin the ISO revision process for ISO/IEC 19845
- we don't know the TC Admin workload to know if any steps will be delayed
- we have already slipped 4-6 weeks from our original objective

Proposed for consideration:
2017-10-11 - Barcelona, Spain (in conjunction
with Exchange Summit conference)
- cancelled in favour of the January face-to-face
2018-01-09/10 - Fremantle, Australia
- focus is on the early developments of 2.3, and anything
needed for finalizing 2.2 (which should already be done)
- AGREED to hold the face-to-face meeting on these dates,
details to be posted later but attendees can begin making
travel arrangements now
It may be necessary for attendees to chip in for facilities fees, but all
will be determined when the date and venue are finalized.
