- Ole reports that all tickets for Pre-award are addressed and ready for
the next public review
- Ken continues to work on the Pre-award changes
- each of the pre-award changes needs to be manually added to the
main 2.2 spreadsheet (it was thought to be done programmatically)
- problems found:
- the definition of "DeliveryChannel" is "A class to describe a
delivery channel" ... which says nothing at all about what a delivery
channel is to help the user (are they expected to know what this is?)
- this is not a new problem ... "DeliveryUnit" is in UBL 2.0 and the
definition is "A class to describe a delivery unit"
- what can be done to improve the definitions?
- does anyone have access to some university or college students who
could be tasked with coming up with definitions and submitting them
to the public comment list?
- please contact Ken offline with any ideas
- Kees to work with Peter on finalizing Post-award proposed changes
- correspondence has begun in this regard
- most (maybe all) to be deferred to UBL 2.3
- Kees has proposed to the list the handling of tickets 60, 44 and 137

- 60-day public review of COS1 over end of February
- 14-day OASIS member ballot at beginning of March
- late March UBL 2.2 becomes an OASIS Standard
- mid-April we begin the ISO revision process for ISO/IEC 19845
- we don't know the TC Admin workload to know if any steps will be delayed
- we have already 3 months from our original objective of end of 2017

- we should further consider the idea raised earlier of splitting UBL into

- we are considering not taking UBL 2.2 to ISO but waiting for UBL 2.3
as a significant upgrade
UBL Transportation Subcommittee
- Peter would like to start up meetings of the committee next week
- tentatively at 13:30UTC just before the UBL TC Atlantic call
- Peter will reach out to ICC - International Chamber of Commerce
- can also reach out to UBL Dev
- must remember to direct people to either become members or provide their
input through the public comment list

needs and their needs, so we have to work with them and through them

guidelines regarding those extensions to UBL that are specified using
CCTS (per the scope of the work product), recognizing there is no attempt
