will informally release a WD02 as pdf
no changebars this time around: too many changes
will start after draft 2, hopefully
rusty's wife will have a child a month from now
MST will be a co-chair and will run the meetings
in his absence.
Rusty nominates MST as co-chair, seconded by Amit
MST asks how we'll manage changebars after draft 2
might not be easy to do it cleanly in latex,
hopefully there won't be many changes so
we'll just hack around this manually
