I noticed the build complaining about a duplicate "setting up receive buffers" section. Looking at it, I also noted that the duplicate device normative sections were not referenced from the conformance statement. Therefore, I renamed the second occurrence to something hopefully matching the actual contents and added them to the conformance section. I also juggled headings a bit. Opinions?
