Oh no, it is indeed mandatory. What it refers to though is the minutes in
which the motion is recorded to request the Special Majority Vote.

Yes, sorry. I keep forgetting that not everyone knows the name of the
software. Kavi is the company that makes the system we use. So what I meant
was your document repository - where you upload files.
