TC by mailing list/ballots: how to get new voters?
If the TC is not holding meetings then members gain voting rights after 60 days. Simply take the list of non-voting members as of your last meeting and add 59 days. At the end of that date, anyone who was a non-voting member at that meeting gains voting rights.
For anyone who becomes a meeting after that last meeting, they gain voting rights at the end of the 60th day after they became a member.
Happy New Year!

Question is, how can non-voting members become voting members then?
A voting member becomes a non-voting one after skipping several ballots.
But how does the reverse process work?
Previously, one became a voting member after participating in several meetings.
Thanks,
