Rajesh,

Does your question mean you did not get the agenda email [1] Mark Little 
sent out?  Since you are listed as a prospective member, I would have 
assumed you were also automatically a member of the list at that time. 
On the other hand, I just heard that our other representative, Ramesh 
Naggapan (CC'd here in case he is still not on the list), did not get 
the agenda.
