RE: Issue 132 - DPWS - How to define base url for presentation urlin met

This is a good point—I have received questions about relative PresentationUrls often in the past.

The DEVICE may have multiple transport addresses, and I suppose it’s possible that the URL could vary across these.� Maybe the right statement is to say that it’s relative to the transport address over which the metadata was retrieved?

dpws:ThisModel/ dpws:PresentationUrl

URL to a presentation resource for this DEVICE. It MAY be relative to ~~a base URL~~ the HTTP transport address over which metadata was retrieved, and MUST have fewer than MAX_URI_SIZE octets.� If PresentationUrl is specified, the DEVICE MAY provide the resource in multiple formats, but MUST at least provide an HTML page.� CLIENTs and DEVICEs MAY use HTTP content negotiation [HTTP/1.1] to determine the format and content of the presentation resource.

Would this be an acceptable solution?

The specification doesn't state how the base URL can be defined.

Proposed solution: The base URL is defined by the transport address of the DEVICE.
