Sanjay,

Here are a list of the editorial changes that were made in the process
of tweaking the documents for easier HTML generation:

WS-RM
        - fixed incorrect links to old "200604" namespace
        - added hyperlinks to table of contents
        - titles of appendix sections changed to conform with OASIS
template
        - removed extraneous (nearly invisible) hyperlink from step 4 of
MakeConnection example

WS-RM Policy
        - changed title page to include correct status text
        - referenced Acknowledgments appendix from Contributors
sub-title-section
        - fixed incorrect links to old "200510" namespace
        - added hyperlinks to table of contents
        - title of appendix sections changed to conform with OASIS
template
        - fixed links in references to actually reference tne indicated
