We are currently editing the HTML version (generated from the xml source that I created originally), using Word and the document is now being maintained in the word format (of DocBook). The DocBook format of the Word document still has the links for HTML, PDF and XML versions. The pdf and XML links are now pointing to the original version that the team started with. I know I can generate pdf from either HTML or the word version. I do not think it is possible to generate the XML version from that. Are you saying we can?

We can publish a Docbook version if you like.  (I've worked with Docbook
in the past.)

when we publish. Interestingly the original ones are generated
via OASIS
doc book magic. We may need to publish a pdf version as well
to make
