Heather,
This ballot requires exactly 4 options to be selected to have the ballot 
recorded.
I believe that is wrong - it should say 'select no more than 4 options'.
This is important because not everyone will be able to select 4 options - 
for example, I can only able to select one of the dates + other (2 
options).
Can you please modify the voting rules?
