Sam, yes that is correct. Our statement about WS-I BP is that the WSDL 1.1
produced by this TC is compliant. All SOAP examples are non-normative but,
to be consistent with the WS-I statement, it made sense to change the SOAP
1.2 examples to SOAP 1.1. In the case of WSRF-BF, we agreed to have a
non-normative section that illustrated the SOAP bindings for WSRF-BF and
that clearly needs to include SOAP 1.1. There is no reason to not also show
non-normative SOAP 1.2 bindings as well in WSRF-BF.

Just to clarify, the AI from the May second call is to add examples
of both SOAP 1.1 and 1.2 fault messages (even though 1.2 is not WS-I
BP compliant?)
